SSC staff meeting: Future of Work
Once again this year, the SSC staff meeting was broadcast live from Cubus. The majority of the 198 employees followed this interactive media event within their own four walls.
The common theme at the event this year was the “Future of Work” with its hybrid forms.
“We will continue to pursue this topic, boosting investments in our office and innovative media technologies,” said SSC CEO Matthias Stroezel.
Early into the pandemic, SSC has already started to explore future ways of collaboration – together with the employees. This process also includes creating an ideal workplace culture, which impacts the office environment at the Cubus building.
SSC managing director and head of controlling Tobias Rohde is satisfied with the results of the past fiscal year:
“We are pleased that we had a good year in spite of the ongoing strains due to Covid. We were successful finding new talents on the job market and our workforce is growing steadily. Our revenue has increased by 12.6 percent. It amounts to 18.5 million Euros.“
Furthermore, SSC plans to boost investments for the future year:
“We will increase our presence at trade fairs and need to continue investing in our hardware as well as IT security,” says Tobias Rohde.
