SWAN is 20 years old today

The first requirements catalogue for an EDI management system was established exactly 20 years ago in a workshop of Mercedes-Benz AG at ‘Schwanen’ in Kälberbronn. Therefore, the abbreviation SWAN does not only remind of the software’s purpose (system for the worldwide exchange of engineering data), but also of its place of birth.
