SSC signs Diversity Charter

SSC has signed the Diversity Charter, committing itself to continuing to actively implement diversity within the company. The principles of the Charter aim to create a work environment free of prejudice. All employees should be valued – irrespective of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity.

Franziska Richter, Human Resources Officer at SSC:”Our staff composition has always been very diverse and we would like to underline this diversity by signing the charter. For example, we have an internal format called Dialogue makes diversity, a kind of platform where our employees report on their different talents, countries of origin or travel experiences.”.

Thus, SSC belongs to a circle of currently more than 2,700 signatories who live an appreciative and unprejudiced organizational culture. The Diversity Charter was originally launched in December 2006 by four companies. Patron of the corporate initiative is Dr. Angela Merkel.
