SSC personnel policy in an interview

Whether home office, family care time, flextime or flexible working time models – SSC offers many things to help combining professional and private life.

SSC manager Matthias Stroezel has introduced our personnel policy in an interview with IHK Region Stuttgart. The event took place in cooperation with “Netzwerkbüro Erfolgsfaktor Familie“ and berufundfamilie Service GmbH.

The following questions were the main focus in addition to exchanging views: what exactly does individualized personnel policy mean and what chances and challenges does it bear? According to a recent study by berufundfamilie Service GmbH, offers to improve the compatibility of family and profession are particularly attractive when they fit in with personal life projects.
