SSC awarded as family-oriented company

On 2014-11-12, SSC was awarded with the title “family-oriented company“ for a family-oriented personell policy .
Anna-Lena Marianek and Christopher Röhl were receiving the certificate for SSC.

Within the framework of the familyNET project, the title is awarded by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Baden-Wuerttemberg, the Employers Baden-Wuerttemberg and the State Council for Family Affairs of Baden-Wuerttemberg to engaged companies, which provide respective framework conditions for the work-life balance topic within their organizations, and therefore generating positive accents for more family friendliness.

For this purpose, there are different fields of activity at SSC, like health management with different sports programs, healthy breakfast events and free flu vaccinations; from events for promoting the communication through team excursions and team dinners, to supporting the search for childcare. Particular highlights are different working time models, which are adjusted according to the family situation of employees with children or relatives in need of care.
