SWAN Video Tutorial

With our data exchange platform SWAN, you get everything from a single source. In addition to software development and operation, SSC also provides full support. We are now extending this with our tutorial series on the execution of individual basic functions.

System access

SWANcloud is our Software-as-a-Service offer (SaaS) through our SSC web portal.

» Login SWANcloud

Important to know

Besides the “User Name” and “Password” the access to SWANcloud requires a security certificate. This needs to be installed on the computer that is used for accessing SWANcloud. The login page cannot be entered without a valid certificate.

The login data is personally issued by SSC-Services. Every SWANcloud user automatically receives a security certificate in the course of the registration process.

  • A manual for the installation of the SWANcloud security certificate is available on this page (see manuals and instructions)
  • A certificate can be distributed to as many computers as required
  • A certificate is coupled with a user name

Service tools

For an efficient solution of problems our Service Desk employees in Böblingen use different service tools.

Tool for remote assistance – TeamViewer

TeamViewer enables our Service Desk staff to support you effectively. Download the customer module only upon request in the desired language. A software installation is not required for using the program.
