SSC manager Matthias Stroezel has introduced our personnel policy in an interview with IHK Region Stuttgart. The event took place in cooperation with “Netzwerkbüro Erfolgsfaktor Familie“ and berufundfamilie Service GmbH.

The following questions were the main focus in addition to exchanging views: what exactly does individualized personnel policy mean and what chances and challenges does it bear?
