Working places for suppliers

SSC-Services has developed SUPSPACE in close coordination with Daimler AG, providing an effective and constructive cooperation between Daimler AG and its suppliers.

SSC has rented office areas in immediate vicinity to the Daimler factory premises and surrounding locations. They are operated by SSC-Services and rented to development service providers of Mercedes-Benz Cars.

SUPSPACE has a high performance fibre optic connection to the network of Daimler AG and fully complies with its security guidelines. Therefore, the tenants are ready to work shortly after moving in, without extensive preparations. The overall rent covers a broad all-inclusive package, allowing our tenants to focus on their core business.

Facilities

SSC is currently operating SUPSPACE Classic in Sindelfingen.

Besides 350 fully equipped working places, the facilities provide 9 conference rooms, including free booking service, tea kitchens with coffee and snack machines, an internal access control system and many other extras. A connection to the own company network can be established via guest access to WLAN through VPN tunnel.

We are on-site on a daily basis as point of contact for all desires of our tenants.

General conditions

» Commissioning through a Mercedes-Benz Cars business unit
» Only activities withing the framework of the commissioning are permitted
» Daimler hardware or hardware approved by Daimler is required
» Minimum rental period: 3 months
» The rent is 25 €/SQM

Security

SUPSPACE has an intrusion and fire alarm System and is being patrolled regularly. The access is secured through an access control system. The security standards of Daimler AG apply to potential suppliers of Daimler AG.
