We live the successful work-life balance
We all care about a well adjusted work-life balance. Not only time for family and friends, but also enough time for hobbies and other activities should remain after the working day. We distinguish ourselves by understanding and flexibility when looking for a short-term solution. Special events, such as the birth of a child, are supported with special leave.
Finding the right balance is not just an individual task. For this reason, all employees can participate voluntarily in an open working group. Under the guidance of two colleagues, everyone can actively participate in the organization of the company.
In 2010 we were awarded the berufundfamilie certificate for the first time. This has proven that our commitment to employees and social responsibility is on the right track. Since then, we have continued to work on our offers. The topics of working time and organisation, work location, information and communication, leadership and services for families are dealt with in rotating groups.
Working time & Place of work
We offer a wide range of different working time models. Working in the home office at regular intervals or on specific occasions is an option for every employee, depending on the area of responsibility. We also like to help with a sabbatical in order to realize the desired trip around the world. We want to support the happiness of our employees as much as possible.
Events & Employees
Our well-attended events, such as company breakfasts or visits to festivals, serve for exchange and a sense of community. Employees on parental leave are also always welcome.
Company health management is also important. Various actions in the fields of sports, nutrition and prevention are intended to protect and promote health. A special highlight is the annual health day in SSC’s health month of April, which offers a variety of activities to encourage people to participate and build up their knowledge about nutrition, exercising and relaxation.
