The event took place in cooperation with \u201cNetzwerkb\u00fcro Erfolgsfaktor Familie\u201c and berufundfamilie Service GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>The following questions were the main focus in addition to exchanging views: what exactly does individualized personnel policy mean and what chances and challenges does it bear? According to a recent <a href=\"http:\/\/vereinbarkeit2020.berufundfamilie.de\/\">study<\/a> by berufundfamilie Service GmbH, offers to improve the compatibility of family and profession are particularly attractive when they fit in with personal life projects.<\/p>\n<p>We are grateful for the invitation to this discussion and for the impulses and suggestions we could collect for the future topic individualized personnel policy. It is now up to us to evaluate these and adapt them to the specific needs of our workforce.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full
