Turnover fell by 12.5% compared to the previous year. Nevertheless, the management sees the company in a rock-solid position for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-nxb-blocks-quote ssc-quote\"><div class=\"ssc-quote-content p-3\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cUnfortunately, we were not able to repeat the very good result from 2021. There are many reasons for this, such as investments in specialist projects for the future or delays in filling vacancies,\u201d says SSC Managing Director Tobias Rohde.<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"ssc-quote-author\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In its 25th anniversary year, SSC also wants to send a positive signal to its own staff:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-nxb-blocks-quote ssc-quote\"><div class=\"ssc-quote-content p-3\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cWith a general salary adjustment for all permanent employees, we would like to thank our employees for their many years of commitment in all areas,\u201d says SSC Managing Director Matthias Stroezel.<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"ssc-quote-author\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the current order situation, the company is looking to the future with subdued optimism.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2022 financial year was somewhat mixed for SSC and was not as successful as previous years.
