For the fourth time, CSR jobs & companies, an employer-branding consulting firm, honours employers with responsibility for their commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
This year we were nominated in two categories for the CSR Jobs Award 2017. This nomination alone makes us very proud, as we are already among the best three competitors. We hope, of course, that we will be at the top of the podium when the prizes will be handed over in Wolfsburg on 13 November.
In the category ‘Our new working environment’, the aspects of the digitisation of the working environment are examined and how digitisation can be implemented responsibly in human resources management. Innovative working models for employees are a criterion and a modern form of personnel search and marketing.
In addition, the statement of jury member Lucia Falkenberg on our activities:
“Time sovereignty, self-organization, leadership at a distance – the 120 employees (currently 135, women’s share 40 %, September 2017) of SSC from Böblingen have obviously already arrived where the new working world in large parts still wants to go. At the data management and digital partner integration specialist, New Work means more than kicker tournaments and joint fitness sessions. The new work culture seems to have already arrived at the New Work Mount Olympus, where personal responsibility, agility and cooperation are on an equal footing.”
The second nomination we received in the category ‘Our Family Culture’. For our social and social commitment in this field of activity, we received the CSR Jobs Award in 2015 and have since then continued to work on expanding the family consciousness lived at SSC with particular regard to the compatibility of work and private life.
Jury member Oliver Schmitz summarizes the reasons for the nomination:
“At SSC-Services GmbH, family and life phase awareness is actively lived out. A high degree of time sovereignty and a comprehensive range of support options ensure a good balance between the company’s requirements and the needs of the employees. In addition to the classic offers for making working hours and workplaces more flexible, SSC-Services GmbH also offers its employees innovative household services that can simplify everyday life, such as regular visits to a hairdresser, the acceptance and delivery of post packages and an extensive breakfast offer.”
